With rare exception, my daily diet includes every item on this list.
- Oranges: Satsumas, Cara Caras, Ivanhoe Navels (breakfast, snacks)
- Apples: Pink Ladies (lunchtime, with peanut butter)
- Peanut Butter: Safeway Organic (breakfast, as sandwich)
- Hot Dogs: Beeler’s All Natural (uncured) Pork Hot Dogs (lunch, without bun, with lots of mustard)
- Sparkling Mineral Water: Crystal Geyser (at least 2 a day)
- Almonds: Tamari roasted (lunch, snacks)
- Sugar: However I can get it.
It’s kind of disturbing to see it all written down at once. I don’t know whether to be proud or embarassed.
It could be worse;
Cheetoes: (always and whenever)
Miller Lite: (just for dinner)
Spam: (lunch, between two pieces of Wonder Bread)
Iceburg lettuce: (twice a week at dinner, gotta have some vegies)
I think you are doing well by anyones standards.
